Henri Bourgeois con 16 vini in linea non e’ il tipo di produttore che io prediligo in questi tempi di vino industriale, pero’ devo dire che con questo “La Vigne Blanche” Sancerre posso dire che il prodotto e’ “centrato”. Dalle caratteristiche del prodotto si vede che l’azienda conosce bene il suo mercato e cosa il cliente si aspetta. Ho avuto anche la fortuna di visitare la controparte oceanica Clos Henry in Marlborough Nuova Zelanda. L’esperienza non mi ha lasciato particolarmente soddisfatto con il caratteristico naso del sauvignon NewZelandese un po’ spinto e un po’ fasullo comunque… non divaghiamo troppo.
Questo Sancerre 2011 risulta al naso caratteristico con buona finezza e complessita’. Le mineralita’ logicamente esaltano probabilmente per territorio per clima e vitigno, comunque assaggiato a temperature piu alte (temperatura ambiente) aquisisce buone morbidezze e il tutto si rende piu’ armonico, soprattutto il naso che, se paragonato allo stesso vino di qualche ora prima risulta essere piu’ tondo e franco. Erbaceo di erba verde, fruttato di uva spina e minerale. L’unica cosa fate attenzione all’ intensita che a queste temperature puo’ spaventare.

The visit was not a super satisfying experience, with the distinctive Sauvignon New Zealand style bit overpowered, and little‘ fake but anyway … not digress.
This Sancerre 2011 is characteristic in the nose with good finesse and complexity ‘.The minerality is intense derivating from the growing land, climate and grape variety; tasted at higher temperatures (room temperature) acquires all good softness and the wine became more’ harmonious, especially the nose. Herbaceous, fruity with gooseberry and mineral. The only aspect you have to be aware of, serving this wine at room temperature, is the intensity that the wine express and can be a bit scaring.
