Cork: First it reminds me Italian sausage with black pepper, other flavors like cloves, apricot, orange peel, wood, anchovies.

The other Right – Pinot Noir 2019 – Adelaide Hills

Natural Wine from Adelaide Hills, SA

Colour: ruby red with purple shades… with a deep color, surprisingly deep for a pinot noir, maybe due the wine unfiltered. Good alcohol, legs for 12.5 %.
